| 5th Annual Central Ohio Shop Hop |
Annual Central Ohio Shop Hop July 17-26, 2008
Join us for the Shop Hop! Purchase a passport, "hop" around to all 11 shops and be eligible for over $11,000 in prizes. Here's the quick and dirty: - Special Hours: Thursday, Friday and Saturday, July 17-19; all shops are open 9am to 8pm. The remainder of the days all shops observe their own regular hours.
- Purchase your passport early! Available TODAY at any participating shop.
- Buses leave QuiltTrends on the first Friday and Saturday, July 18th and 19th. Grab your friends and register for our bus---the funnest bus in the Hop! We'll feed you a light breakfast and then, upon your return when you're dog tired---dinner is served! The bus fee is $46 plus tax, and includes lunch and snacks, goodie bag and games, and a chance to win a Pfaff Smart 100c machine (for bus riders only!). Register early for our buses by coming into QuiltTrends.
- Passports are not included in the bus fee, so come to QuiltTrends starting NOW for the 2008 passport. Our passport is a book "Quilts from My Garden", and includes original designs by each shop. Wait until you see it this year---it keeps getting better! Passports are $15 plus tax.
- QuiltTrends Preview Party will be the best ever! As usual, can't tell you the particulars, but it will be Wednesday evening, July 16 at 6:30. RSVP is
necessary!

Here is a list of shows and exhibits, but please double check the details before attending, just to make sure we are accurate!!
- Friday and Saturday, May 16-17--- Miami Valley Quilters Show---"Quilting: Yesterday, Today & Tomorrow" ---at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds, Dayton, Ohio from 10 a.m. to 5:00 pm each day. This guild has some very accomplished award winning quilters and the show will feature a very nice quilt exhibit and a vendors mall. Visit www.miamivalleyquiltersguild.org for more info.
- Thursday through Saturday, June 16-18---National Quilting Association 39th Annual Quilt Show at the Columbus Convention Center, 400 N. High Street, Columbus, OH 43215. Includes a large quilt exhibit from all over the world, huge vendors mall, lots of well known teachers providing classes as well as a Little Quilt Auction. QuiltTrends' triple booth will feature all the HandiQuilter products: the HQ16, HQ16 with ProStitcher, and the HQ16 Sit-Down version, as well as our Christmas 2008. | UFO Night every 3rd Saturday! |
CHANGE OF DATE!! Come and sew every THIRD Saturday night from 3-10 pm. Here's how it works:- Call and reserve your spot for a $15 fee
- come and bring your machine and project, and a snack to share if you wish
- we'll serve dinner about 6 pm
- have fun sewing and sharing!

- Saturday, May 24 (rescheduled from the 17th)

| New quilts are now online in "Customer Quilts" |
| We love to see what our customers create, and we think you do, too. If you want to share a quilt (or 2 or 3) with us, bring it in and let us take a picture. Or, you can send us a digital picture. Either way, we'll load it onto the website in our "Customer Quilts" section, and you can share your quilts with everyone! Won't your friends be impressed when they "Google" your name, and your quilt is online??

| HQ16 Group @ QuiltTrends |
The next meeting of the HQ16 Group is Sunday, July 13 from 1:30-3:30. This Group is open to all who are interested in mid-long arm quilting, whether you already have a machine, or are still dreaming of it!
This group was started by a QuiltTrends/HQ16 customer, and the group is open to everyone, no dues, no reservation required. Just come, and bring your questions and latest "challenges" and a "show and tell".
