| NEW Block of the Month starting in April!! |
Announcing our new Block of the Month: “Back to Nature”. This project features 15 beautiful hand dyed batiks in gorgeous earth tones, from forest green to deep reds and golds, with three luscious creams for great value variety. You will enjoy making a block a month and learning new ways to make traditional block parts. The center medallion consists of a LeMoyne Star Block on point surrounded by corner LeMoyne Stars. The 8 monthly blocks border this medallion, and Log Cabin setting blocks frame the four corner blocks. Flying Geese border the top and bottom. Three solid borders complete this Queen Size quilt that finishes at 96” x 106”. The fabrics are beautiful and the setting is stunning!
Cost of this Block of the Month is $21.99 per month for 12 months. For our out of town customers, shipping is extra. The first month you will receive the pattern and fabric for Block 1 as well as the general instructions, Fabric Chart and color picture of the quilt. Each month you will receive a pattern and fabric to make one of eight 12½ ” blocks. Three different months you will also receive additional fabric and patterns for the setting sections of the quilt. These include two different kinds of Flying Geese and Log Cabins. These will be staggered to give you time to finish the whole quilt, one section at a time, by the time you receive the last 4 corner blocks. Four corner blocks and three solid borders complete this stunning quilt!
The quilt uses 17 yards of fabric for the quilt top and binding plus 3 ¼ yards of 108” wide batik backing, which is dyed to match the batiks on the front. We will offer “Block Insurance” in the form of 15 Fat Eighth’s for $18.75.
SIgn up NOW for this Block of the Month by calling QuiltTrends at 614-841-7845 or 866-HQ16-FUN!
